Dr. Lager was one of the speakers at the 10-year "Runiversary" of Run Farther and Faster, a running organization in northern Virginia. The event, which was held in February 2020, provided education, resources, and support to distance runners. Dr. Lager spoke on mental strategies for runners to implement to get the most out of their race.

Dr. Tyler Miles is a licensed Clinical and Sport Psychologist based in Washington, DC. She has worked with Division I, Olympic, and professional athletes, providing both mental health and performance services to teens and adults in individual and team settings.
Her interest in sport psychology began during her 18 years as a worlds-level and collegiate cheerleader. Dr. Miles earned both her master’s and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, a master’s in Forensic Psychology from The George Washington University, and dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her APA-accredited doctoral internship at the University of Oklahoma’s Athletics Department and a formal Sport Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship with UNC Charlotte Athletics.
Dr. Miles is an active member of the American Psychological Association (Division 47), the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, and the Clinical/Counseling Sport Psychology Association.
